9.1 belkin dock no longer works

Just upgraded to 9.1 and now my belkin dock which was working right up until my phone updated no longer charges.

Now a message comes on screen saying this cable or accessory is not certified and may not work reliably with this phone. It's a iPhone 6plus.

Well it is certified dock and was working perfectly before 9.1. Mrs 6 plus isn't on 9.1 and works fine with the dock. Why have apple broken my charging ability?!???!?!

Anyone else seeing strange accessory problems since updating?

Which Belkin Dock do you have?

I have the Belkin Express USB Dock, and it works fine with iOS 9.1 (tested with iPhone and iPad).

Am able to both charge and sync.

I have the Belkin Charge and Sync Dock with Lightning Cable, it works fine with iOS9.1.
