i think 9.1 will be pushed out by November for sure because of how ready it is. It's so smooth and I haven't experienced a single issue on my iPhone 6 or iPad Air 2. I didn't even bother to install the GM 9.0

Try using multi tasking, see the stutter?

I get stutter in multitasking, but usually only if I switch back to the last app I was in. If I choose an app that's in the way back, it seems smooth. No idea why it does that.

So you are saying that when you swipe search down or swipe search from the left that you don't see that stutter? I must have a defective device.

I see stutter on ipad air 2 and iphone 6 in going into and selecting apps in multitasking, proactive siri, spotlight. Sometimes in scrolling, switching home screen pages, opening folders, control center, notification center. Both on iOS 9 and 9.1. Overall in 9.1 it was better but not by much. This is with starting as new device. Big difference between iOS 8.4.1 and iOS 9. iOS 9 feels slightly faster in doing things but stutters more.

Each release of the OS is more stutterish. I wish apple would have an option to disable animations and speed up. Jailbreak tweaks make the phone so more much useful.

On my Plus I don't have any stutter in multitasking either. Even when switching to the previous app. It just isn't there anymore.

However, I do have a bit when first switching to search from the homescreen but that's been present since iOS 7 was first out (even in 8.4.1).

It certainly has bugs in the real world usage. I reported them. Erhm, but it is very smooth indeed for a first 9.1 beta. I can't wait to see how it performs on older devices. I really hope it doesn't just have tweaks for modern ones like 6s and iPPro.

Reducing motion make iOS 9 much smoother in my opinion. The animations suck and make navigating through the OS much slower than it has to be, I don't understand why apple is making **** software with every release, more bugs.

On the upside AirPlay seems much more stable.
