9.3 and Spotlight .... Lockup

On an iPhone 6S+ running 9.3 (64GB AT&T).
Couple of new Spotlight issues.

1. Intermittent but frequent, when pulling down on the screen to launch Spotlight, if the keyboard bounces and drops out Spotlight locks and only the Home button will close it. Originally found this when I was seeing if the Animation bug still existed.
2. If I swipe from the left and go into Spotlight, I can then pull down Spotlight. A Spotlight in Spotlight.
3. When opening Spotlight from a top down swipe, sometimes I get the white keyboard (Swype), sometimes the grey keyboard (stock).

Tried to replicate on a Mini4 and a 6+ both on 9.2.1 and this issue did not occur.
Not critical but annoying.
