Did the 9.3 update the smoothness of using 3D Touch for the app switcher and the keyboard curser? Just wondering if I'm imagining it or not.

App switcher has changed, now if you just force touch the edge of the screen it initiates the switcher, no awkward hard press and swipe at the same time. Also added haptic feedback for it.

Not sure what issues there were/are with the keyboard cursor, seems the same.

The cursor mode usually doesn't activate the second time you try to access it, and/or it usually doesn't work when the cursor touches any text. It is a very buggy feature and no, restore as new doesn't help.

Oh, the cursor movement with 3D Touch is still bad. They should change it. Simply long press the space bar and it activates. That'd work so much better.

It's actually working better than it was on 9.2.1 betas. Works every time for me now, pre 9.3 it worked once or twice then stopped. Overall 3D Touch seems to be working smoother. Plus - pressing on links on webpages seems to have improved too. iPhone 6S here.

Getting that feature to work is very annoying!

Hm. Maybe I'm not doing it right. 3D Touch has been brilliant for me when using it on apps and when opening the App Switcher. Just a bit awkward when activating the cursor.

If you firmly press on the left of the screen on 9.3 beta 1 the app switcher launches very easily.

Wait for the cursor to start blinking.
