since installing 9.3 Siri has occasionally been triggering without any prompting (I've been using Siri since the 4S and never experienced this before, I'm pretty sure it's not user error).

I'm also pretty sure it's a bug because once triggered, it won't dismiss either. It won't go away when the home button is pressed, which works immediately whenever I normally invoke Siri.

Kinda frustrating because it'll pop up and interrupt whatever I'm doing. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Perhaps related to "Hey Siri"?
I thought, however it happens when not plugged in, and I'm on a 6, not a 6s.

Also it does not respond to attempts to dismiss which work without issue when i invoke Siri either via the home button or "hey Siri" when plugged in.

I have recently reset the phone for an issue with the loading wheel spinning constantly on the home screen, so I will see if the reset helps this issue as well.

I've had the same issue. I accidentally trigger SIRI and then I can't dismiss it with the home button. It's happened several times - driving me crazy. Also iPhone 6
