Hello! Is it normal for iPhone X to show 94% battery health after 6 months of constant use? Charging habits - overnight charging & topping up once a day.

Hmm I consider myself a quite heavy user, and I still have 93% battery health after using it since November 2017.

Charging habits: Apple fast-charger, overnight charging & topping up between 0 and 2 times a day.

I think your battery health drain is a bit too fast.

I am not a fan of constantly questioning and controlling my charging behaviour, but I try to avoid that "all night charging" if ever possible.

Look at the answers in dozens of similar threads.

Battery health reporting is fraut with inaccuracies. Use the phone, charge it when it needs it. Nothing you do or don’t do, will significantly affect battery life. Just don’t place phone in hot environment.

If you actually have rare occurrence of bad battery it will become readily evident. At which point have Apple check it, they will most likely replace it.

This is exactly why Apple avoided showing battery health before now.
It’s probably best to not even look at the estimated health until and unless you actually notice a decline in its performance.

Check right before your warranty is up...or you notice performance degrading.

Constantly on charge all night every night and/or using wireless charging (due to the intense heat given off) will lessen battery longevity. As of course will using your phone a lot because ultimately the more times you charge the battery the shorter its lifespan. We wouldn't have to worry about any of this if batteries were easily replaceable by the user...
