I think someone over bid to screw them people sellling it over.....this way the winner won't pay, and they will need to search for the other buyers

"I am trying to get a hold of eBay right now as I am sure many of these bids are fraudulent." - You think?

Who cares really. Why would you want to claim that you have the 2nd unlocked iPhone. No one will care about this title next month when everyone has one.

Too bad. Now he'll have to start over again, but pre-certify the bidders... or at least make sure they have 10 or more good feedbacks.

Of course, with more people doing the hack, and with the iPhone due to be released overseas anyway, it'll be a short-termed value.

Wow, people are actually bidding on this?

Interesting... I just noted that the bid started at $540 and skyrocketed!

The sadder fact is that everyone whos bidding has a good number of feedback, as well as their credit card on file with eBay, since thats required to bid over IIRC 100,000 or something.
