An iPhone 8 was posted to Craigslist for $200 CAD, in very good condition. It had been listed for 2 months before I saw it. That price is suspiciously good, and even more suspicious considering nobody else had bought it in two months - yet nothing else about it screams "scam". They provided decent pictures, they're willing to give details, etc. I'm hoping that if I take enough precautions, I could avoid getting scammed.

When buying the device, I'll be able to check easily for iCloud lock and water damage. I'll also check the IMEI to ensure it's not blacklisted. And, to ensure that it's not going to be blacklisted after the purchase, I'm going to ask them to meet up at Rogers (the store they bought it at) so that a salesperson could remove the IMEI from their account, and to ensure that all payments were made. Assuming they agree to meeting at the Rogers store, is there anything else I have to worry about?

And here's a sreenshot of the listing:
