1. Are there any rumoured plans to include a Camera (similar to one in iPhone) and/or Speaker in the future iPod Touch?

2. also, are there any after-market FM Tuners and/or recorders for sale that are made for iPod Touch?

No and Yes.

A) No plans that I know of, and probably not likely at all. They'd have to make the unit thicker to accommodate the additional hardware, and that's not likely something Steve is going to want to do.

B) Sort of. The Gear4 BluEye (or Mavizen MyBlu) have an FM tuner built-in, but there's no screen display. You won't get any screen display (in any accessory that makes use of it) until the SDK comes out and the OEMs can update the hardware/firmware of their devices.
