I am loving the iPhone overall, but there are a few things that are really starting to get to me.

In the App Store, why isn't there an option to sort apps by customer rating. That's a petty basic feature in most online stores and it makes finding quality products easy. Sorting by Popularity is a waste of time. What gives?

Whats up with the annoyingly hard switch to turn the phone to vibrate mode. They could have made that a much better button.

Why is stickies and notes not the same thing (stickies on both) and sync-able? It would be a killer app.

Agree? Disagree?

Sorting by customer rating probably may not be so useful at the moment because of the varying quality of the reviews. Perhaps if the requirements to post a review were more stringent, then sorting by rating will be implemented.

Regarding your last question, I would love to see Notes be allowed to sync between the computer and phone. As it stands, it's pretty useless unless I want to have to email each individual note to myself. It's a pretty common request and hopefully Apple finally gets around to implementing this. Cheers.

Sorting by customer ratings in App Store is a good idea.

I'm not having a problem with the sound switch. You just flick it with your fingernail to the back or front. Maybe yours is a bit stuck? Mine moves very easily.

I don't use the Stickies or Notes feature myself.

My 3G mute switch is stiffer then the original iPhone but it is losening up a bit. The switch on the original has slipped to mute while in my pocket so I am happy for the stiffer switch.

^^ Ah, interesting. That must be why the switch is stiffer. I guess it's a good excuse to try and break my fingernail biting habit!

Power in numbers. As more reviews come in, the stupid ones get drained out. It works on numerous websites....rei.com is a great example where sorting by ratings lead to great products results.

Well, Apple doesn't agree, since it's possible in iTunes.

The question is about the iPhone, and you can't do it there, so this fact doesn't help the O.P.

But the point is, Apple thought it important enough to put this option on the iTunes desktop store. Why not on the iPhone version?
