First of all, thank u for taking the time of just read my questions :)

First of all, i bought a mbp few days ago, and im waiting her to be my only resource to the computer world, so, im going to sell my pc.

the thing is, i have lots of gigs of music, on my pc hard drive, that if i copy them to my mbp, i will not have any more space in my mbp

so, is it possible to have the music on an external hardisk, and have the itunes playlist organized? (i use my mbp for work, so i travel a lot with it)

the same question is for the photos with iphoto, how to be orgnized with the library, with photos on an external hardisk

------

second question, is that my mbp get to 80 degrees celsius when is on full load..

is it normal?
should i take it to apple support??

thank u all and excuse my bad english

Congratulations. The Apple site has quite a number of helpful documents - here's one to help you move your music library, and another that helps you move your iPhoto library. Sorry, don't have a MBP so I can't help with the temperature.

Yeah, on my old eMac, I ran out of HD space and bought an external drive specifically for my iTunes and iPhoto libraries. They worked seamlessly. Now I'm doing the same with my new iMac.
