Heyy guys.
Im new so hey :)
My names Ben and im from England.

Im getting the Iphone for christmas and i just wanted to ask a few questions.

- Can you password protect things? Such as SMS and Contacts?

- Its got the Ipod obviously. Can you set songs as ringtones? Can you play the music from the Ipod outloud without the use of headphones?

- It doesnt have bluetooth. When connecting my iphone to my laptop, can i get pictures from my Iphone to my laptop via USB?

If i think of any more questions ill add them too the post.
Answers will be appriciated :D:apple:

You can password protect the entire phone, but not individual apps like SMS/Contacts...

The iPhone has a speaker so you can play music without headphones... You can set songs as ringtones, but have to edit them in something like Garageband first...

The iPhone 3G does have Bluetooth, just isn't very integrated yet.

Sure, just open up explorer (windows) or finder and go to the connected camera unit "Apple iPhone" and copy the photos to a map on your computer.

The bluetooth in the iPhone can only be used for mono bluetooth headsets.
Stereo bluetooth (A2DP) isn't supported, aswell as the rest of the bluetooth profiles.

Heyy thanks guys.
Ive just been looking at o2 deals.

The only thing im prepared to do for Iphone is buy it on Pay & Go.
However it says i have a years free internet browsing and then its £10 a month.
Does anyone know of any better deals?

Really cant be bothered to do contract again....just doesnt suit me.

I mean id do it on contract but it starts from £30 a month..

And i cant afford it. Lmaoo...how skint do i sound?
I mean i take it with the additional £10 a month wi-fi fee, its as much browsing as you like?
