Yea keyword Eventually and not everyone has a AT&T Sim card...It works now and many people are stuck without Youtube and once they install this it fixes their youtube
For those that want a perfect free YouTube fix that does not also install a broken push fix that will drain your battery, please visit
http://cydia.pushfix.info
Users of these broken push fixes later find out that their phone is doing about 20MB of data a day and drastically reducing their battery. You are getting thousands of push notifications that aren't intended for your phone and are silently discarded by the OS. You will also occasionally get a push message that isn't intended for your phone but will show up.
I have three YouTube fix packages for free. There are three of them because no single YouTube key works for all users. You have to try one first, but it's about 99% certain that the first one you pick will work.
For those that want working push notifications with full support for problems and/or questions for only $5.99, please see
http://pushfix.info . I originally offered the beta back in October on this site and I have many satisfied customers since then. Most of my customers are outside the US and have no access to official SIM cards, nor even the knowledge to jailbreak. (they paid a vendor to jailbreak for example)
I have handled over 200 tickets regarding support issues and I also have a forum in which I answer questions and offer free support to even non-customers that have push notifications problems. Almost all of the tickets are from users migrating from the broken push fixes because they have applications that are stuck using the shared push certificates. An uninstall and reinstall of the app usually fixes it, but in some cases the user needs to contact the developer to reset their push token. If you install my fix right after jailbreaking and unlocking, it completely works right away.
I also support push over WiFi on iPhones without a data plan which in general does not work even with official activation.
