I thought I would share a positive AppleCare exprience for a change.
A few keys on my macbook would only work if you pressed them in the middle of the key. This drove me nuts. If I was typing fast and hit a key on the edge or corner, it wouldn't register. I thought if I sent it in, Apple would tell me there is nothing wrong because the keys work.
Well, I called Friday. Monday morning the box arrived and I shipped it out that afternoon. Tuesday afternoon I thought I would see if they loaded the repair information online. Well, they did. And it said the repair was completed and shipped. In less than 24 hours, the laptop left my hand, arrived at Apple, repaired and shipped back. The laptop arrived back to me this Wednesday morning in perfect working condition. They keyboard works great. So from my initial support call to getting the laptop back, it only took 2 1/2 days. I call that service. I'm sure that are horror stories out there, but has anybody had similar service??:)

That is great! It is really amazing when you get that kind of service. I've heard many different things about AppleCare, but this just adds onto the reason why I would want to have it. :)
