A good (background) rss reader for the iphone?

In windows, i just use Outlook for RSS feeds.. i'm guessing for an iphone rss tool.. i'd need to use something like gmail rss reader to integrate with an app?

Are there any decent rss readers.. any that can run in the background.. (IE: i noticed , i think in the status notifier, there is an RSS icon that can show in the taskbar at the top)..
