A good weather radar app?

I love my RadarInMotion Widget, but from the reviews I've read about the iPhone version has turned me off to it. I'll have to check out that RadarScope program.

Just enter your zip code in and look under animated radar loop under weather.
I know it's a WAP page but it works pretty good and it's updated every 10 minutes.
Also check out the weather channel app .. it was animated radar also.

I use WeatherPro.
It's got detailed (high/low temp, wind speed/direction, dewpoint, humidity, precipication, pressure) weather forecast for 7 days, history of trends, rain radar (covers the British Isles), satellite images (covers Europe) and auto-location/search.
it's a pay app, but I've been very happy with it.
can anyone who has the weatherbug software let us know if it shows different radar types, specifically velocity.

Argh!!! Everybody's been talking about how nice Radarscope was, so I went to the app store to try it out. $9.99!!!!! For radars? Woo! I'll stick with my $0.99 for Weatherbug Elite.
If you want up-to-date, the same as your local weather person has radar, get RadarScope. I bought it last spring and whenever it looks like a storm, I can see the same thing the weather people see and know how strong the winds are, how heavy the rain is and the direction of the storm.
If you can afford it, it won't disappoint. I use it every time I hear thunder or see dark clouds and can see whether the storm will pass me by or is coming directly at me. It's worth every penny.
Radarscope
I've been thinking about getting Radarscope for quite a while, but have a couple of questions if anybody has the answers. First, what level can you zoom to? That's the great thing about MyWeather Mobile, you can zoom all the way down to street level, and I love it. While I'm sure Radarscope doesn't allow that, because I would have heard about it, I'd like to be able to zoom in far enough to at least zero in on my city. Second, what are the refresh rates like, how current is the current radar picture on Radarscope? This is my biggest complaint about the weather radar apps I've tried. It's all well and good that I can see the radar and put it in motion, but when the most recent radar image is at least 30 minutes old, that makes it a little on the useless side of things. Radarscope gets at least to the city/town level, but doesn't go to street level. It refreshes whenever you need it to. So, every minute or so would be the answer you're looking for I think.
