Does this have anything to do with AppSync? I don't think it could actually be iOS 9, could it?

Yes it probably has everything to do with app sync. Are you so unprivileged that you can buy a phone that costs hundreds of dollars, but not pay a few dollars for apps that developers put immense time and effort into for peanuts pay? Piracy of apps is honestly despicable. You deserve all the crashing and malware you get from it.

I know this has been discussed many many times regarding shady repo's and like many I'm truly opposed to them. Support the Dev's.

Maybe if Dev's allowed a free trial period. A kind of try before you buy !

I know the argument that these tweaks are free to small amounts of money.

Hey wait a second. I probably should have mentioned this but these are apps I own and bought. Some were free and those aren't working either. I use appsync for apps I can't get in my damn country. That's why I found this so strange. I simply redownloaded them from the AppStore.

If I'm interested in an App that's not available in my country I change the Region in iTunes.

For example I'm in the Uk and like to use the Facebook App 'Paper' so I changed my Region to US to be able to get it.

I think that'll screw up my apple music subscription, though I'll definitely try that after it's finished. I'm pretty sure I had tried and had an issue besides the apple music thing though.

Sorry for the rant then. Your use case is pretty rare for app sync, so I just assumed. As someone suggested, just change the region. What you could also do is create a different iTunes account like I did and set its region to what you want and then switch between the App Store accounts.

No worries, I should have mentioned these are apps I bought from the AppStore lol, I would have assumed the same. I'll try the double iTunes account thing so my Apple Music subscription won't get messed up, thanks.

But do you/anyone think that it could be AppSync messing with my legit apps? Just hope I don't have to reinstall iOS and set everything up again (I always have to clean install so it takes a while)

I would remove app sync and any apps installed that way. Then reboot and see if you continue to have problems.

If that doesn't work, delete mobile substrate along with all its dependencies (screenshot all the tweaks that are being removed so you can reinstall them with the whole continue queuing feature)

Then reboot and see if that fixes it. If not, you may have to restore and rejb

Probably. Don't steal and enjoy a stress free phone

Rather than accusing you of piracy, however we all do know what AppSync is normally for. I know theoretically, there may be a legitimate use of that, however I will not get into that.

I have a legitimate version of Pages, and you all know, it came preloaded on the iPhone 6+.

After install TSProtector, pages would crash upon opening. I went into SETTINGS, chose TSProtect, and whitelisted Pages.

I don't know if that is your issue or not, but it worked for me for one app. My point here, is that is not necessarily and issue with AppSync, but could be an issue with another tweak/hack that you have installed.

BTW: The newest Tsprotect works, so don't pirate it, pay the $1.99 for it.

That's happening to me too, and I don't have any App Store piracy related things installed. :\ A lot of apps are crashing upon launch and won't open until I restart the springboard. I updated so many tweaks at once after the iOS 9 jailbreak came out that I don't know what could be causing it.

I would use iCleaner to disable them one by one, until the problem disappears, then re-enable the ones that didn't make the problem go away, after you find the correct one. It could be two tweaks conflicting with each other.

Interesting use of iCleaner. Thank you for that. I'll definitely keep that in mind in the future.
