A limit on number of iPhones someone can purchase?

So I was watching American Morning and one of the hosts , Ali Velshi, said that there would be a limit to how many iPhones a person could purchase. In reference to people buying multiple iPhones and selling them on the internet for profit.

Not that I personally think this is very important news or do I think that the anchors on CNN know what they are talking about. Just something I haven't seen mentioned before.

Can you imagine if you were one of hundreds to queue outside one of the Apple Stores for hours beforehand, only to get near the counter and the first customer in says "How many you got? I'll take 'em all.".

Good move by Apple/AT&T.
