Hi everyone,

Actually I am ditching Gmail and all Google services and I am going for MobileMe, specially the @me.com email service, iDisk and Contacts. but I have a few questions regarding this service and I need your help:

1. I want to register and try it for 60 days which is the free trial period provided by Apple,
then I will surely pay for it but I want to know how to get it for less from Amazon. I was reading a couple of posts here on how to purchase MobileMe from Amazon and I surely like the idea because Amazon offer it with a decent price and less than what Apple apple does, but on Amazon their is a lot of unites like the following:
  • Individual Software Box
  • Old Version
  • New Version
  • Software Box

and a lot of confusing stuff to take and since it's my first drive with the mobile me I want to know which one of these is the individual plan, and if I can get the activation code without that box because I live outside the U.S.

2. I use a BlackBerry Bold 9780 and I am wondering If I can sync my contacts to MobileMe from my bb or not. If not, what is the alternative solution to get my contacts synced with MobileMe?.

Thanks a lot.
Regards,

1. All you need to get is a product code which the boxes should provide. Then you enter this into your MobileMe account settings online to extend your subscription.

2. I wouldn't think you can directly. But your contacts will sync to your computer with MobileMe. There might be some software there then that can sync those to your BB.
If not that will be a manual thing you will have to do!

1. I bought a box from ebay at a a nice price. It was from the seller below and he regularly has them for sale. He sells them factory sealed and you get a VAT receipt. I would strongly recommend him.

2. I sync mobile me to outlook and it automatically updates every hour. I would imagine that you can set your blackberry up to sync with outlook every time you connect it and this would then sync to mobileme.
