On an office network, a Mac with Yosemite and a Pc with Win7 coexist. Is it possible so that the pc can have the ability to see OSX shared folders/filles? If so how?

Files stored in the User\Public folder in Finder should be visible to Windows OS - depending on network settings of course.

Visible in Public folder without needing to share it, but what if i want to share other, custom folders?

So far you haven't given much away! Have you already set it up? Is it failing somehow or what?

You say you know how to share folders, but ask how to share folders!?!?

You need to elaborate on where you are in the process and what problems you're seeing ...if any.
