I was talking to my brother and he mentioned it to me that my dad had been phished before and he got his card change. But he said why would all your social media would be compromised when the only one that compromised was his bank card after clicking the phished? Apparently that is not how it works. I mean he ain’t wrong. I mean my dad never had his FB compromised after that happen and I heard that you do not need to turn it off your internet idk I am confused tbh my brothers knows something about technology so...
 
If your dad used the same password for most or all his log ins, he could be exploited across accounts with the same password. He should use a password manager and turn on 2FA on accounts that allow it.
🤔 Maybe not cause his fb was not compromised and at the end I have no clue whether he set his bank account on 2FA or his Fb as well but thank you for answering me questions
