I have three iPads of different generations and two iPhones. On my iPad Pro 2019 I have one photo (image) of the Firefox logo dated 7 Feb 2136 ! It is imposible to delete this. There is no symbol for the bin anywhere. The image of the logo is only on my iPad Pro and on none of of the other IOS machines. It is not on my MacBook Air either. The image arrived some months ago and was not of my doing. If I look in actions it will show "share" and nothing else.
I have never loaded, or tried to load, anything from Firefox on any of my IOS machines
Does anyone have an idea how I might rid myself of this thing ? I have included a photo of the iPad screen rather than the actual image.

What happens if you use the Select function and then attempt to tap the Trash icon in the upper left?

You said there is the share sheet? Try downloading an app where you can change photo metadata, share it to that, and change the date to a past date? Or like i said, temp change the ipad date to after the date on the photo. I’m pretty sure it’s the date that’s the issue.

Have you ever synced the iPad with a computer via iTunes?

“If you add photos to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from your computer, you can't delete them directly from your device in the Photos app.”

As I said, the image does not appear on ANY of my machines. My Windows and Linux machines have no photos on them. I use only apple gear for that.

No. I have not done that.

Is it deletable on another device or even from icloud.com?
No. Not even the Cloud can see it. I have also connected a Windows machine to the iPad and it can see all the photos bot NOT that one !
