If I use a ethernet to connect my mac will I be able to run my old compaq wirelessly? If so how would the compaq receive the signal? I am new to macs and i love it so far! I am just not that computer savvy. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I'm not on my mac now so I can't look up the settings for you. But you can "Share Connection" under your network settings. This will allows other computers to wirelessly connect to your mac, and use its internet connection.
