A quick question about Jailbreaking..

Ok guys i have a very quick question for you..

So i have a Iphone At&t 3GS OS 3.0.1-Jalbroken(redsn0w) Unlocked(Ultrasn0w)..


Now what i want is to Update it to OS 3.1.2 with custom firmware made from pwnage..

My question is should i get the that is iPhone 3GS Custom 3.1.2 NON-HACTIVATED or iPhone 3GS Custom 3.1.2 HACKTIVATED?? and why??
I really dont understand the difference between hacktivated and non hacktivated..

Need your answer pls.

You use the Non-Hacktivated version if you have an iPhone legitimately activated on your country's official carrier
