Oops, it's not free and surely not worth 99 cents, no thanks.

Not being free doesn't mean it isn't worth it. To you, and to me, it may not be something you'd want to spend money on, but it by no means means that the application isn't worth it to someone else; or that it is a poor app. You never know, sometimes things don't appear to be what you think they are.
 
This may be true, but that screen shot looks like a computer rendering of dog doo in grass. Sorry...can risk 99¢ on dog doo
