Hi, is there a workaround for using a 2nd SIM card for the 6S+ iPhone?

I believe the iPhone for the Chinese market has room for two physical SIM cards.

I don’t have a link for you, but my wife’s Hong Kong market iPhone 11 accepts two nano-sims.
