A simple question (flag in upper right hand corner)

How do you get the flag to display in upper right hand corner (you know, near the clock?). I know this seems like a trivial question, but its something I have to know. Thank You.

If there was a rep system I of course would give rep, but I don't think there is.

System Preferences --> International --> Input Menu --> Show input menu in menu bar

It depends on what options you've got selected in your System Preferences/International/Input Menu. if you've got more than one option selected (and 'Show input menu in menu bar' ticked) it'll put the flag up in your menu bar so you can flick easily between your chosen keyboard layouts.
