I've sang his praises in the past. I'm going to do it again. Seriously folks, if you've thought about buying products for your Mac Pro from this guy, don't hesitate. Just do it.

Rewind a year or so ago: I purchased a 2.5GB GTX570 from NewEgg, and had it shipped directly to MacVidCards. After I PayPal'd him $100, he reflashed the card so that it'd show the grey Apple boot screen and run at the proper speed in my Mac Pro. It's worked flawlessly.

It came with one DVI-D and DisplayPort active. I recently ran into an interesting problem where the DisplayPort on my second LCD went haywire for some oddball reason. I asked him if he'd send me a new ROM for my card that would activate the second DVI-D, and he did so within a day.

That, friends, is customer service.

Here's to hoping he has another line of work, now that Apple's decided we wont be upgrading our cards anymore :X

Good guy (gal?), lots of years of help on this board.

I have also learned a lot from MacVidCards postings here and also appreciate and thankful for his efforts in sharing helpful information. MacVidCards is also a Pro user as he is also an Art Director for a broadcast production company and has many years handling videocards for Mac Pros. He is an asset here in this community. :)
