Haters will hate.

No one force the masses to install Catalina, people who cares about smooth ride with their working machines won't bother installing Catalina for the following months, not only it has issues (as any new software from Apple for the last years), but more importantly people use 3rd party software for their work, and I doubt all the issues has been resolved, too. It takes time.

its not a supplemental update to the the supplemental update.
if you downloaded the 1st one, the 2nd one will not normally appear for downloading.

it is however, a revision to the original supplemental update.
which is a kind of neat way to help folks who didn't download it the 1st time, with some kind of improved update.
its a good thing it was done.
