iPhone A 'waiting' download I can't cancel

I have a download 'waiting' that I can't cancel. I've tried signing out then back in, can't select it or anything

Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

I'd reset network config and see if that fixes it.

Haha. I am typically around more often during times of iOS/Apple Watch updates and iOS device releases. Always want to check up and see what people are up to, and then help those that I can.

I do like my Hydra logo though.. Can't wait for Captain America in 2 weeks.

Not really located in Ventura, but more Ventura County, just North of LA County.
