A way to make just the menu bar and the dock translucent?

Hi, I was wondering if there is a way to make the menu bar and dock translucent, while turning of the translucency settings elsewhere?

I now have the translucency turned off mainly for performance considerations and I also find it quite distracting at times. However I still wish to have my dock and menu bar translucent. Any help will be appreciated

Thank you just got it But what about the menu bar? Is there an app similar to the cDock?

Try using 'Dark Mode'..........dunno......
