A12 GPU

Hi friends, I have an question for you. Please I like to play games on mobile devices. I want the most powerful smartphone for play games. Is the A12 GPU better than Adreno 640 in Snapdragon 855? I also wonder if the A12 is the most powerful mobile chipset in the world?

Both are very powerful and both will run any of the most demanding games available now. I have devices with both and I generally feel with the same games (such as Real Racing 3) my Pixel 3 tends to run games a bit smoother than my iPad Pro 3rd-gen. Any difference is barely noticeable. In terms of raw power I believe the A12 is faster. However I also feel that Android is far more efficient at managing system resources, so that could make up any difference. In general terms, my Pixel 3 is noticeably faster at browsing the web on any browser compared to my iPads
