Kuo believes it's a marketing/finance decision. What do you think?

Finance
We will be stuck at 5nm for a third product cycle. Although TSMC marketing calls it 4nm, the logic transistors are expected to shrink by only 5%. In fact, TSMC classifies N4 under N5 for finance purposes. A16 is expected to be one of the largest chips for iPhone ever. A10 holds that crown at 125 mm2. A15 is 107 mm2.

Marketing
How would Apple up-sell customers to "Pro" if the regular 6.7-inch iPhone 14 has the large display and processor that consumers want? They have to take away the processor.

If it does happen I bet it’s a marketing decision to differentiate the phones even more. Right now the average consumer just sees one less camera.

Makes even more sense considering the rumoured iPhone 14 models will have identical sizes.
