Hi everyone,

Recently tried replacing the keyboard for My Mac book pro, but some how the new keyboard is not working?
is the port broken? and touch pad is not working as well, need help!!!

Model: A1502 Late 2013

In all 3 pictures the keyboard socket latch is closed. Are you trying to insert the cable with the latch closed ? Flip the latch up insert the cable and then flip the latch back down........

9 times out of 10 "faulty" keyboards are fixed by replacing the trackpad cable alone. A faulty trackpad cable causes the keyboard to not work. Have you swapped the keyboard cable ?
