is this common, on the 5s if you do a reboot, restart to have to go back into cydia and reinstall 3 packages ? i want to make sure before we loose the jailbreak, that if iv got something wrong on this phone i can redo it now.it works fine on a respring, but a reboot goes into safe mode and i have to go into cydia and reinstall substrate and 2 others. then it works fine again.

You shouldn't have to reinstall cydiasubstrate every time you reboot unless you have a bad tweak throwing you into safe mode

You probably have installed a tweak that doesn't work on iOS 7 (or maybe conflicts with another tweak you have installed)
