As in there aren't any updates anymore at all? Or as in a new update/version is released but as a separate new app instead of as an update to the exiting one?

Plenty of times there could even be an email contact, and perhaps even updates too, but providing feedback over email or via some other means doesn't really get a response or anything like that.That really sucks.
I hate when there is no email either for support.
