ABC iView?

Hello,

Thinking of getting this for a family member but she likes to watch lots of ABC iView, So can the apple TV play it?

It is possible

You can get iveiw and many other video steaming plugins BUT you have to jailbreak it first.


Buy Apple TV 2
Jailbreak
Install XBMC
Install plugin/add-on XBMC catchuptv au

I haven't tried this one yet but I remember seeing your post yesterday and I was also looking for iveiw. I'll let you know if it works.



Another good one for aus is the icefilms plugin. You can stream heaps and heaps of TV shows and movies for free. I got it last night and it is awesome.

no go on this one, tried it, ios has no flash support

If you happen to have an iPad, the iView App will AirPlay to ATV2...

I have ABC iVew working on my (jail-broken with XMBC) AppleTV 2.

I followed the instructions on the FireCore forum and it worked first time.
