Hello everyone, first time iPhone user here. I just bought myself a brand new xs yesterday, so far so good. But i want to ask a question about 3D Touch and i know it is silly to ask but i’m just curious about it. When i use 3D Touch,i feel like im pressing too hard on the screen because sometimes it just doesnt work and pressing that hard on screen feels unnatural to me.What is the working principle behind it?Will it cause any screen damage and how durable is this screen?

It doesn’t cause any screen damage, unless you would press really hard. It sometimes works less than perfectly, but generally it should be OK. You can tweak pressure sensitivity in Settings -> Accessibility -> 3D Touch.

Thank you,i changed it to light and it feels ok now.The firm one is hard to activate,i guess. It feels like i am bending the screen when i press.
