First of all, I am very newbie with ipad. I have been using iphones, but ipad is very different device for what it does. Hope you all go easy on me questions like these

1. Is it possible to run international apps on my itunes? If yes, how? For instance, I am from Japan, how do I make sure I run international apps on here?

2. Is it possible to load other international itunes up in my computer?

I guess that could be a start. Thanks.
