My display shows red instead white

Probably a hardware issue that would require contacting Apple, but you could try a soft reset (hold both buttons until the Apple logo appears) or wipe and re-pair the watch prior to doing so.

looks like a HW issue. what model is this? looks like S3 or earlier, how old is this watch?
