1) What are the processes done by apple.

2) What are the steps need to download my application in to device from

appstore

1. Your app is being reviewed by a person. If he finds something wrong in your app you get a mail and you'll have to re-upload your file. Otherwise it is going into "In Sale" status.
2. You'll need to buy it.
