iOS About iTunes in iPhone

Hi,


I am in india(Tamilnadu).In my iphone when i open iTunes,It display a message


"Cannot connect to the iTunes store .The iTunes store is not supported in this country"

1) Shall i know the reason of this message?

2) What is the solution of this problem?

Why not get in contact with Apple, and ask them what the problem / solution might be.
