My laptop is macbook pro C2D M609 . Recently LCD have one big dot. (0.5mm*0.5mm<bot<1mm*1mm) It is gray.
I call support.He say it is normal.
normal ???

How can i do?
I had checked in Apple support.He said can not change LCD.

Bring it to an Apple store and get it check out. The guy on the phone is mental. Good luck

I check again, It is only one pix. but it is gray .look like a big dot

try taking a soft cloth and rubbing it out. don't press too hard though, otherwise you are going to regret listening to me.

I think you have a "stuck" pixel, which means it is partially dead. You may be able to do the cloth trick as DigitalN. recommended, otherwise there are many programs outthere to fix stuff like this.

Though it is not normal, the Apple guy on the phone was kinda right, they will not repair your screen for 1 stuck pixel.:)
