About new Sierra wallpapers

While I admit that they have nice and eye friendly colors in the sky, the foreground spoils it for me. The brown rocks look like heaps of accumulated cow dung and detracts from the photo's beauty.

Now that I thought about it, I cannot shake the thought from my head.

I can change to any other wallpaper of my choice is a great relief. But these as default wallpapers are actually yucky. Wish someone comes up with good edited versions without being funneh!

Just saying. That will not stop anyone from enjoying fresh gooey goodness everytime they switch on their Mac/Hackintosh.

Those are the Alabama hills.

The juxtaposition of the Alabamas in the foreground against Mt. Whitney and the Sierra Nevada in the background is one of the most striking landscapes in the American West as well documented by world famous photographer Ansel Adams and thousands of others since.
