I thought, I saw something about Apple stating one password for all Apple accounts. If what I think I saw was real why when I open passwords on the iPad, it shows me a warning about using the same password multiple times for Apple?
Question 2 o_O
When I open passwords on the iPad, I see security recommendations for some passwords but no such thing on the iMac?
Just curious and thanks.

The password you use to log into your Apple ID is the same password across all of your Apple devices.

Outside of your Apple ID account, you want to use a different password for each website you create an account for.

If you have more than one iCloud email account, the password for any iCloud email account (outside of your primary Apple ID) should have a different password. The same goes for Gmail, Outlook, Fast Mail, or any other email provider.

Ideally, you should be using a password manager that will help you keep up with all the different passwords for your online accounts.

Apple also offers "Sign in with Apple."

Don't do that. It is a bad habit to get into. That is why you got the warning.
I only have one Apple ID and that's for purchases. Anything else, I will see this message for the Apple forums and iCloud mail both I rarely use. Screen Shot 2021-06-02 at 5.31.54 PM.jpg
