iOS About status :in Review

I uploaded my binary Through iTunes connect.and it uploaded and i got status :in review

Can anybody pls tell me what is this status mean?

It means exactly what it says. It's in a queue to be reviewed. They will then either approve it for sale or reject it giving you reasons why.

Apple is reviewing the binary so that they can reject your app if it violates any of the many rules in the iPhone Human Interface Guidelines and SDK developer agreement, or if they find any bugs, security violations, or other problems with your submission. This can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 months.

You did read these all of these documents carefully before submitting?

Right?
