The adaptor to my PB started to glow green even when I don't have anything plugged into it. Now I'm afraid to plug my PB in. I know it's not normal, but is it bad?

If you're under warranty, go get a new adapter. Could be problematic in the future. Even if it's not, it shouldn't be like that. Get a new one at the apple store. Just tell them it isn't working right, blahblah.

I've had something similar happen to me a few times before. It used to start glowing green when I touched the outer metal part on rare occasions. Not entirely sure how it works but I guess that the light could be connected to the earth?

I would have got it checked before I use it again. I`ll say use it only if it is really necessary. And Get it checked as soon as possible.

Maybe it means that everything in your house,
even the air, is fully charged and ready to use.
lol.

I'm sure I've seen this before though and not paid any attention to it. Perhaps a web search will throw up others with the same problem.

Hopefully it's not short-circuiting. I'd unplug it from the wall and clean the appendage thoroughly. I'd wipe it with a cloth.

Is it bent in any way?
