iPhone Accent SB Weather

I have been using Accent SB weather for a long time but yest i was checking it with iFile .. found iout it has animations too not just changing walllpapers but mine SB weather just changes wallpaper with weather !! no animations like cloud wind rain etc.. is the animation not supposed to show or there s problem with my SB weather?
PS : i downloaded it from ModMyi repo with Accent Theme
