Access iCloud Photo Library from Yosemite? How?

After installing iOS 8.02 iCloud Photo Library (beta) is available again on my iPhone and iPad. How can I access the library in Yosemite (PB3)? Is it possible?

You can still view any new pictures in iPhoto with Photostream and import them to your mac but it's not fully streamlined yet until they release Photo next year. I worked around it by installing all my photo's to my mac and iPhone before turning on iCloud Photo Library and everything seems to be working fine. Fingers crossed.
