Does anyone know how to access photostream on a MacBook Pro without using iPhoto or connecting your device? I have an iPhone and iPad, all syncing fine but I can't access photostream on my MacBook Pro without connecting my device as although I have Lion I am on iPhoto 09. I know it will work if I upgrade iPhoto but other than accessing Photostream I have no need to upgrade. I thought I could access it online through iCloud but I can't.
Anyone got any solutions? Thanks:)

Your statement is somewhat contradictory especially since you want, have worked at and started a thread about Photo stream. :eek:You must update iPhoto in order to get the updated feature(s).;)

EDIT: A quick search found this possible workaround.

Thanks but I've already tried this workaround and it only works if you have upgraded iPhoto as it is just locating the files on your mac. I would like to locate them online which isn't possible through iCloud

sorry to interrupt.. but I'm curious if 09 has any features that 11 doesn't .
..or why you want to stay in 09?
thnx
